Integrity Marketing Group, LLC announced it has acquired Brokerage 1 Agency, a well-established independent marketing organization based in Brunswick, Ohio. As part of the acquisition, Kurt Reichley, President of Brokerage 1, will become a Managing Partner in Integrity. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
