Medicare Supplement Broker Incentives - 2026 Q3 Update
Insurance companies that operate in the brokerage Medicare Supplement market typically offer per policy bonuses to encourage agents to sell their products. These bonuses generally vary by underwriting type to assist in achieving an appropriate mix of business.

AFLAC has decreased the bonus on Underwritten applications by $50 and increased the bonus on Plan N Open Enrollment applications by $125
Humana has increased the bonus on Underwritten applications by $50
Lumos has released a new program that includes a $150 bonus on Underwritten applications
