Elevance Health Announces 2nd Quarter 2026 Results

Elevance Health (formerly Anthem, Inc.) released 2nd quarter 2026 financials on July 15th, reporting increases of 5,000 Medicare Supplement lives in the 2nd quarter and 19,000 Medicare Supplement lives over the past 12 months.  The Elevance Health enrollment table below features Medicare Supplement policy in-force counts of 893,000 as of 6/30/2026.  The enrollment increase of 19,000 lives in the past 12 months is a 2.2% increase relative to the in-force lives at 6/30/2025.  CSG Actuarial projects Elevance’s Medicare Supplement sales at 6th in the overall market in the past 12 months.

This Elevance Health enrollment table shows Medicare Advantage enrollment counts of 1,897,000 as of 6/30/2026, a 358,000 decrease in the past 12 months.  The 358,000 enrollment decrease in the past 12 months is a 15.9% decrease over the Medicare Advantage enrollment counts at 6/30/2025.
