The Best Company Outlook award is determined by employees’ perspectives on their company’s business outlook, as well as how invested employees are in its goals, mission and values. Integrity ranked in the top 50 companies from more than 15 million submitted ratings across 70,000 organizations in the United States and Canada. The selection process included questions about employees’ excitement to go to work each day, the likelihood of recommending the workplace to a friend and thoughts on how customers perceive their company. Other notable award winners include industry leaders such as Adobe, AT&T, Ernst & Young and Costco.
