Humana Reports Medicare Supplement and Medicare Advantage Results for Q2

Humana reported 2nd quarter 2026 Medicare Supplement lives of 551,500, up 2.7% from the result at 1st quarter 2026 and 24.2% compared to 2nd quarter 2025.  The table below shows Humana’s Medicare Supplement enrollment counts by quarter since 1st quarter 2019.  Humana also reported 2nd quarter 2026 Medicare Supplement premiums of $344 million, up 4.6% from the premiums for 1st quarter 2026.  Based on estimates from CSG Actuarial, Humana’s sales ranked in the top 4 of the market in the past 12 months.

Humana reported 2nd quarter 2026 Medicare Advantage lives of 7,180,900, a 0.8% increase over 1st quarter 2026 and a 23.8% increase over 2nd quarter 2025.  The table below shows Humana’s Medicare Advantage enrollment counts by quarter since 1st quarter 2019.  Humana’s Medicare Advantage lives rank 2nd in the market as of 2nd quarter 2026.
