Humana Reports Results for 4th Quarter 2025

Humana reported 4th quarter 2025 Medicare Supplement lives of 498,400, up 5.0% from the result at 3rd quarter 2025 and 32.1% compared to 4th quarter 2024.  The table below shows Humana’s Medicare Supplement enrollment counts by quarter since 1st quarter 2018.  Humana also reported 2nd quarter 2025 Medicare Supplement premiums of $299 million, up 5.7% from the premiums for 3rd quarter 2025.  Based on estimates from CSG Actuarial, Humana’s sales ranked in the top 3 of the market in the past 12 months.

Humana reported 4th quarter 2025 Medicare Advantage lives of 5,817,700, a 0.2% increase over 3rd quarter 2025 and a 6.3% decrease over 4th quarter 2024.  The table below shows Humana’s Medicare Advantage enrollment counts by quarter since 1st quarter 2018.  Humana’s Medicare Advantage lives rank 2nd in the market as of 4th quarter 2025.
