Humana Reports Medicare Supplement and Medicare Advantage Results

Humana reported 1st quarter 2026 Medicare Supplement lives of 536,800, up 7.7% from the result at 4th quarter 2025 and 27.7% compared to 1st quarter 2025.  The table below shows Humana’s Medicare Supplement enrollment counts by quarter since 1st quarter 2019.  Humana also reported 1st quarter 2026 Medicare Supplement premiums of $329 million, up 10.0% from the premiums for 4th quarter 2025.  Based on estimates from CSG Actuarial, Humana’s sales ranked in the top 4 of the market in the past 12 months.

Humana reported 1st quarter 2026 Medicare Advantage lives of 7,122,500, a 22.4% increase over 4th quarter 2025 and a 23.0% increase over 1st quarter 2025.  The table below shows Humana’s Medicare Advantage enrollment counts by quarter since 1st quarter 2019.  Humana’s Medicare Advantage lives rank 2nd in the market as of 4th quarter 2025.
