Elevance Health Announces 4th Quarter 2025 Results

Elevance Health (formerly Anthem, Inc.) released 4th quarter 2025 financials on January 28th, reporting an increase of 5,000 Medicare Supplement lives in the 4th quarter and a decrease of 9,000 Medicare Supplement lives over the past 12 months.  The Elevance Health enrollment table below features Medicare Supplement policy in-force counts of 882,000 as of 12/31/2025.  The enrollment decrease of 9,000 in the past 12 months is a 1.0% decrease relative to the in-force lives at 12/31/2024.  CSG Actuarial projects Elevance’s Medicare Supplement sales at 7th in the overall market in the past 12 months.

This Elevance Health enrollment table shows Medicare Advantage enrollment counts of 2,230,000 as of 12/31/2025, a 164,000 increase in the past 12 months.  The 164,000 enrollment increase in the past 12 months is a 7.9% increase over the Medicare Advantage enrollment counts at 12/31/2024.
